Dibiz supports companies in digitizing and streamlining their processes.
To strengthen our network of experts, we are looking for an external consultant (freelance) specialized in workflow automation.
Your Mission
Analyze client business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Design and implement workflows using no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, N8N, …).
Integrate various systems (ERP, CRM, business applications, collaboration tools).
Integrate existing AI models into workflows (e.g. classification, summarization, content generation) to enhance automation value.
Test, document, and maintain automations.
Collaborate with our internal consultants and project managers to ensure value delivery.
Expected Deliverables
Process Map / Flowchart: visual representation of the current process and the automated future state.
Workflow Blueprint: step-by-step documentation of the automation logic, tools used, triggers & actions.
Configured Automations: fully operational integrations in the chosen platform (Zapier/Make/Power Automate/N8N).
AI-Enhanced Scenarios: documented examples where AI is used (with prompt logic, input/output examples, fallback rules).
Testing & QA Reports: validation results to ensure robustness and reliability.
Knowledge Transfer Docs: short guide or Loom video so Dibiz or the client can maintain the workflow after delivery.
Desired Profile
Proven experience with no-code/low-code integration platforms.
Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, REST, and webhooks.
Experience with AI API integration (OpenAI, Azure AI, Vertex AI, Hugging Face, …).
Basic prompt engineering skills to tune AI outputs.
Familiarity with data structuring and cleaning before sending to AI models.
Awareness of GDPR/data privacy when using AI solutions.
Ability to quickly understand diverse business processes.
Autonomous, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
Strong communication skills to interact with clients and teams.
