Dibiz is looking for a Junior/Medior Business Consultant with a strong interest in Service Design, Process Improvement, and client collaboration. You’ll work directly with Ellen, our founder, to support organizations in optimizing their services and internal processes , all while learning the tools and mindset of a business consultant in action.
No long consulting experience needed, just a strong analytical mindset, a proactive attitude, and a desire to grow.
Your Responsibilities:
- Mapping existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting the creation of Service Models and translating them into clear, commercial documentation.
- Assisting in workshops and interviews with clients to define needs and priorities.
- Helping design visual roadmaps and action plans (people, tools, processes).
- Participating in service implementations and client onboarding.
- Creating presentation decks, service factsheets, and internal templates.
What we're looking for:
- You recently graduated (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Commercial Sciences, Innovation, Economics, or a related field.
- You’re curious, analytical, and eager to learn.
- You’re comfortable working in both Dutch and English.
- You enjoy working in a structured yet flexible environment.
- You have a good sense of responsibility and want to grow in client-facing roles.
- You are based near Ghent or willing to travel there regularly.
- You’re digitally savvy – tools, platforms, and modern ways of working excite you.
