The Context

Aforti develops natural products rooted in years of hands-on experience and a deep commitment to quality and well-being..

When Pascal and Kenneth noticed how certain natural formulas enhanced their patients' treatments, the idea of developing a carefully curated range grew. In 2015, this led to the Branzinfort product line.

Because Aforti runs alongside the founders' main activities, efficiency is crucial. Every commercial step had to be clear, scalable, and frictionless.

The challenge

The growing demand and manual way of working called for a clearly defined, scalable, and traceable commercial operation.

Demand for Branzinfort products grew, but commercial operations remained manual and time-consuming. Orders, follow-up, and communication were handled through various channels and required a lot of manual work.

Because Aforti operates alongside the founders' main activities, growth came under increasing pressure. There was a need for a scalable operation that would not create additional time pressure.

Partners were eager to join in, but managing applications, appointments, and commissions took too much time.

This shifted the challenge from selling products to making collaboration scalable.
