Dibiz is looking for a Freelance Transformation Consultant to support clients in shaping digital initiatives, embedding new ways of working, and ensuring transformation delivers lasting impact. You’ll collaborate with our senior consultants while taking ownership of operational execution – making sure change is not only designed but truly adopted.

Your Role:

As a Transformation Consultant, you guide clients through the process of translating strategic visions into concrete actions, ensuring engagement and sustainable adoption.

Key activities include:

• From Strategy to Action: Facilitate workshops that translate strategic visions into actionable plans, ensuring teams move from resistance to engagement.
• Making the Change Stick: Deliver hands-on training programs that embed new ways of working, fostering sustainable cultural change.
• Project Organization for Business: Design and implement governance structures and engagement plans that strengthen companies from within.​

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and technical requirements.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of systems, processes, and technologies to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and deliver strategic recommendations and support their implementation.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.​

Expected Deliverables

• Workshop agendas and facilitation outputs.
• Change management and engagement plans.
• Governance structures and process designs.
• Training materials and adoption frameworks.
• Reports and recommendations for leadership teams.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in digital transformation or organizational change.
• Background in consulting or advisory roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of change management frameworks and tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch/French a plus).
