Dibiz is looking for a Freelance Transformation Consultant to support clients in shaping digital initiatives, embedding new ways of working, and ensuring transformation delivers lasting impact. You’ll collaborate with our senior consultants while taking ownership of operational execution – making sure change is not only designed but truly adopted. 

Your role

As a Transformation Consultant, you support organisations in making change concrete and sustainable.

• translate strategic ambitions into realistic, actionable steps 

• bring decision-making closer to where the work happens 

• embed new ways of working within teams

You don’t operate from the sidelines. You work at the heart of the organisation — facilitating, structuring, and executing alongside teams.

What you’ll do in practice

• From vision to action 

  You facilitate workshops and working sessions that create direction, sharpen choices, and move teams into action. 

• Making change stick 

  You design and guide hands-on change trajectories (training, coaching, change approaches) that drive adoption and ownership. 

• Bringing structure to complexity 

  You help clarify governance, roles, and collaboration agreements so change is supported and owned — not imposed. 

• Working with stakeholders 

  You easily switch between management, teams, and experts, ensuring alignment between business objectives, processes, and tools.

Who you are

• You have experience in digital transformation and/or organisational change  

• You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset  

• You are comfortable operating in complex environments with multiple stakeholders  

• You can facilitate, structure, and drive things forward  

• You communicate fluently in English (Dutch and/or French is a strong plus)
