In an initial interview, we explore experience, motivation, and cultural fit. Candidates schedule their own interview at a time that suits them or receive a few suggestions.
4. Second Interview (if applicable)
Depending on the role, a second interview may be conducted to delve deeper into technical competencies or to meet with additional team members.
